    Macam mana cara untuk menambah berat badan, aku ni kurus sangat,

    ramai "wanita" menegur aku, kalau aku berisi sedikit, aku ini "h***s**e" :>

    bro dah kawin belum? kalau belum kawin, kawin cepat, cepatlah naik berat badan. kalau dah kawin tapi masih lagi tak naik berat badan, saya ada satu tips. jangan tinggalkan isteri siang dan malam. mesti berat badan naik jugak. selamat beramal.

    makan malam2 buta..x pun mase kul 3-4 pagi ke..haha...aku biase buat ne..tp lepas main futsal r...:)

    Kalau ikut pengalaman saya...nak naik berat badan mudah aje...

    Pegi farmasi beli ubat selera makan.
    Kemudian makan makanan 5 kali sehari (makan pagi byk sikit - roti ngan telur), makan tengahari, makan petang, makan malam dan makan tgh malam.
    Beli susu tepung Appetton (susu utk org kurus)
    Jangan lupa bersenam...lagi byk bersenam selera makan bertambah.

    * sayur dan buah jgn lupa makan juga...nanti kulit x elok...dan pykt lain menyerang...

    Dgn cara saya nie, seminggu blh naik berat badan 1kg hingga 2 kg (utk permulaan berat badan cpt naik, Kemudian dah lama sikit prosesnya jadi slow)

    Makan tengah malam la nampak macam boleh gemuk.

    Ambil supplement leh gak.Appeton weight gain atau herbalife..

    dulu aku penah kurus gak. aku amalkan minum susu weight gain. pastu aku makan banyak, lewat malam pun makan. pastu kurangkan sikit senaman. cuba la try

    kalu nk tambah kan berat badan dgn cepat..seminggu dah naik 2-3 kg...x payah supplement..ko makan sebanyak 6000 kalori sehari..kurangkan cardio..kalu nk tambah otot..g gym kalu x..apa yg ko mkn tue akn jd lemak

    cara dah dibuat tak menjadi jugak.Boleh
