Instructor Training
We will train you thoroughly. In addition to the current complete set of online materials, there will be in-depth hands-on "Train the Trainer" instruction by Company Education either as an e-learning workshop or actually "in the classroom" in Malaysia.
You will learn the business and classroom aspects of “filling the seats” and “wowing the students.”
The “Franchise” Fee
Buying into the typical franchise usually involves a hefty outlay of cash. Buying into the Our Company Education “franchise” involves a simple outlay of commitment.
The “fee” to “buy in” and therefore be eligible for the training is to have a written commitment from an accredited learning institution in your area by March 15th , 2008.
Following three phases of instructor activity, the first one being the priority at this stage:
1. Signing Up An Institution
2. Promoting The Course
3. Delivering The Course
An accredited learning institution can be a community college, junior college, university, and so on. The more prestigious the institution, the easier it becomes to attract students to the course. It is worth noting that, although most of our current partnering institutions have integrated the SBI! course into their continuing education curriculum, some are offering it as part of MBA and undergraduate programs.
