Saya nak tambah sikit tips yang seorang author ebook ni buat untuk dapatkan testimonial dia,ni saya dapat dari satu forum:

There are a few ways I gather testimonials for my the e-book. They will not apply to everyone - and others might not find them practical - or maybe even downright risky. But, they have yeilded the type of results I want. An "honest shake" on how my information has helped them - and why.

1) I belong to a few forums that cater to those who are interested in my type of information. I look for individuals that have expressed an interest in getting into the wholesale and surplus products market. I mention to them that I can provide them with resources that will help them facilitate that goal - and in return - can you rate the quality of the product through a testimonial.

All requests are met with a positive response, and I send them the guide for their perusal. I have not batted a 1000 with this technique. Some folks just disappear into the "ether' never to be heard from again. But, the majority are gracious, and do supply me with the "requested review." I ask them to tell me exactly what they like about the guide.

I don't structure a set of questions - I just want an "in your own words" reply. If people have a hard time putting things into words - of their composition is a little less than presentable - I will do some editing. But - I never try to shape the outcome with an interview style questionnaire.

2) Finding disgruntled people who have purchased similar ebooks - or wholesale lists that they have expressed their disatisfaction with - are also prime candidates for soliciting a testimonial. Since they feel that they have been short changed by previous purchases in this genre - a free offer of information with the only payout being their opinion is extremely attractive.

ONE THING I DO NOT DO is ask anyone to bash a competitor. They can say "compared to other" ebooks, or supply source information they have bought in the past - but they are not to mention any company or website by name. To me, that is not fair play.

Besides these two methods - a good portion of my testimonials come from people who, well, like the guide! One woman wrote: "The first 29 pages alone were worth the money!" The guide is 230 pages long! Great headline to start a testimonial with. Also, I know that it has been mentioned here that some people do not like to supply their contact information for posting on your webpage. I have never had anyone object so far. If they have a website - it is an automatic PR 4.

For those who don't - I have not heard any feedback concerning anyone abusing their e-mail addresses - nor have they been contacted virgorously about what they think about the guide. Not saying it can't happen - just has not happened yet. My site has been up for about three years now.

Bottom line - I guess you have to have a good product - and be confident to hand it over from time to time - to either a professional in your field - or a customer. There is a flip side to this as well. I have recieved some negative opinions about certain sections of the guide. One woman helped me tremendously with her criticism - and it helped me reshape a number of suppliers. I now send her "supplier test runs" before I include them..

Sometimes a negative testimonial can turn into a positive experience!

Bagi saya, bukan senang boleh kasi testimonial free ni, lagi-lagi kalau dari internet marketer yang terkenal. Kalau product tu betul-betul bagus baru diorang kasi.

Why?

Sebabnya satu je, kalaulah kandungan barangan yang dijual tu tak bermutu, pemberi-pemberi testimonial juga akan mendapat nama buruk. So, it's not easy to get testimonials.

Tapi kena ingat yang walaupun anda bagi product tu free,
tak semestinya anda dapat testimonial lagi... jadi jangan
kecik hati kalau tak dapat testimonial dari big names kat

Bila sampai time dia, senang la sikit nak mintak testimonial...

Pengalaman saya... ada yang mintak saya review website
diorang (website saja... product pun tak bagi) dan mintak
testimonial... lagi satu, saya tak kenal pun orang tu sebelum
ni... so, memang susah la kalau nak bagi testimonial...

Testimonial nak mintak pun tengok atas produk... kalau cam produk yang boleh mendatangkan duit melalui internet boleh la mintak kat IM tp kalau produk perempuan atau sebagainya mintaklah kat testimonial kepada perempuan-perempuan huhu jangan pulak mintak kat lelaki.

Jadi rumusanya... mintak testimonial biarlah sesuai dengan produk anda. Sekian
