Boleh kita berkongsi pengalaman kerja? Ini pengalaman kerja saya sejak 7 tahun yang lepas (Sorry.. paste dr resume jer).. mana tau kita boleh berkongsi-kongsi maklumat yang berguna.

1.
Company Name : 5th company
Position Title : Senior R&D Engineer

Work Description :
- To lead project of Power QFN in cross-functional team.
- To develop and characterize process development in wafer backgrinding, wafer sawing, epoxy die attach and aluminum wire bonding.
- To ensure 4Ms readiness (man, machine, material and method) prior HVM (high volume manufacturing).
- To prepare process specs, FMEA, control plan and machine buy-off documentation.
- To perform various evaluation and DOE for process improvement.

2.
Company Name : 4th company
Position Title : Senior Process & Product Development Engineer


Work Description :
- To develop new products based on the market demands.
- To intialize the design and process development for new products introduction (NPI) by preparing process flow, control plan and FMEA.
- Prototyping for new products in short cycle time.
- To utilize the knowledge in statistics and design of experiments for product development.
-To liase with customer on the new product request and follow up in R&D stages.
- To analyze and inteprete product failures with producing the containment and improvement plan.
- Being responsible to develop and intialize the design and process development for new products introduction (NPI) such as SOT, SC70, VCSEL, RCLED and others.
- Being Independent or with minimum supervision in coordinating projects in cross functional teams including FOL, EOL and test.
-To run DOE for process and product evaluation.
- Continously act as a key player in a front of line process especially die attach.

Company Name : 3rd company
Position Title : Senior R&D Engineer

Work Description :
- In charge of Punch QFN, Saw QFN and BCC products of back grinding, sawing and die attach process.
- As a key player in several new technology projects such as stacked die, GaAs die, wafer back coating, thin backgrinding and MSL improvement for Punch QFN.
- To prepare a robust process readiness for the new packages in the production lines.
- To aid the process engineering to solve any major issues in the production line.
- Provides specs, DOEs, presentation, paper works for transfering the R&D mode packages to HVM (High Volume Manufacturing).
- To run qualification lots, process characterization and engineering evaluations.
-Develop software-based die attach set-up guideline and quality surveillance for quality optimization.
-Having experience in handling multiple types of epoxy such as EN4900F, LMISR4, 8290, CB011, CRM1576C, QMI536, QMI550, QMI519, CRM1076E, RP-751-3D and others.
- Very much hands on on the die bonder ESEC2008XP & HS.

Company Name : 2nd company
Position Title : Process Engineer

Duties:
- Incharge of quality and productivity of SOT packages at die attach process in Front of Line (FOL) .
- Incharge of vision system for die attach and outlining the vision system at 3rd optical inspection at front of line process.
- Outlining die attach wafer mapping project.
- Developing die attach set-up guideline software for SOT packages.
- Incharge of screen printing (full cure & half cure) process at die attach process.
- Very much hands on the ESEC 2008Xp, ESEC 2007HS and ESEC 2006HR.

Company Name : Kuala Lumpur Motorola (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Position Title : Trainee Engineer

Work Description :
- Involved in Metal Finishing Department activities.
-Meeting and discussed with supplier on the retrofitting of the machine.
-Be familarized with the process and quality system.
-Assist supervisor in term of project readiness and management.
- Develop a 3D solid modeling of an actual autoplater equipment using AutoCAD R14 in plating process.

pengalaman keje..tak se gah mana...sbb baru lepas habis belajar, tgh cari keje skang ni...

1st keje ialah manage kedai makan family(1992-1998)..keje jugak kan
2nd keje lepas spm - kat parkson subang parade..
3rd keje part time sebagai clerk kat Tan Chong Motor
4th keje part time kat pizza hut kulai
5th praktikal kat environmental laboratory

herm...tp keje2 beginilah byk mengajar saya memahami pelbagai jenis manusia dr pelbagai level kehidupan yg berbeza..kalau nak buat pizza..tahu2..tebar roti canai...lebihlah expert..hehehe

Okler tu.. yang penting, kita mencari rezeki yang halal dan sentiasa berusaha meningkatkan taraf hidup kita. Kalau hidup mewah pun tapi menjadi peragut, buat keje haram.. tak guna. (macam satu kes yg dah masuk court dulu..)

Saya pun belum lagi bekerja.Masih menuntut dalam bidang kejuruteraan mekanikal.Bercita-cita nak bekerja dengan company cari gali minyak luar negara.Buat part time internet bisness ni sejak 8 bulan yang lepas.

Hmm...pengalaman keje?? Nak kata byk la gak. Tapi nak bg detil kat sini malas la plak. Lagipun dah lama tak update resume...hehehehe....

Betul kata Surfaddict tu....keje2 yg org nampak lekeh tu la yg byk bagi pengalaman dan pengajaran kat kita. Contoh saya sendiri la. Penah keje kat kilang as operator (masa tggu result SPM), penah jadik penghantar surat khabar, programmer, project executive, IT/Sales Exec. dan mcm2 lagi la.

Yang skang ni lak, keje dok mengajar cikgu.....training ICT utk cikgu2 sekolah...yang ni pon byk mengajar saya erti kesabaran dan byk dapat pengalaman dan pengetahuan. So....tiap benda @ kerja ada baik buruknya..

Tu je la yg saya dapat kongsi...

Saya pun takdelah banyak sangat pengalaman keje, sikit je..semua pasal akaun. Nilah serba sikit. Sebenarnya makan gaji ni persediaan untuk bekerja sendiri ;-) InsyaALLAH

1) Auditor di small firm selama 5 bulan
2) Auditor lagi - Ernst & Young 2 dan 1/2 tahun
3) Account Exec - ACPI Berhad - Jeddah - buat jambatan Jamrah..a'ah, memang company dari Malaysia involve utk buat projek Jamrah tu :-) - 4 bulan
4) Finance Exec - Aldwich Berhad - Kemaman..sampai sekarang

Tulah serba-sedikit. Ada sesiapa nak tanya pasal akaun bolehlah skit2

aku xperience takle hebat macam korang seme..dulu pernah keje kat syarikat swasta selama 4 tahun sebagai technical support executive.Kalau bab hardware PC, server,*nix, Mac / Apple tu boleh la sikit-sikit.. skang dah masuk semi-gomen yang kutip duit orang...hehehe.. dah tinggal keje support... keje pun tak banyak guna skill dulu..

Hmm.. aku nak citer gak pengalaman keje aku la..

1) Tutor kat UKM - ajar C programming

2) IT development Exec (Novantas sdn bhd) - programmer, develop web based system guna ASP language. sakit kepala hotak aku..i'm the only programmer at that company at that time.. giler sunggoh..

3) ASP programmer (kat bandar baru bangi) - buat web based system lagi.

4) Network Engineer (kat puchong) - nie aku bagi support utk client2 company aku..lebih teknikal dan aku banyak blajar pasal hardware..selalunya aku buat berkaitan Networking,firewall,server,router,VPN,Vlan,pc...bl a..bla..bla.. memang banyak hardware la..

5) keje aku skrg - IT Executive (Shah Alam) - buat End User Support.. banyak buat PC je..kurang mencabar..pastu kene maintain network, VPN.. LAN..WAN..routers..servers..AP... dan..mcm2 gak ler..

tu je la secara 'lebih kurang'
